Whats up with the buildings

Theres a messed up part of this game you guys made a bridge and a tower that goes across a lake.but yet, the players cant even use it theres stairs in the second floor but no stairs to climb it I tried teleporting it on top.but doesnt work.what gives if you cant even use a simple bridge or stairs or ladder then dont bother to put building that you cant even use.but overall the game is great. But please Im begging fix that
